Role

This role will see you providing high quality and timely legal advice across all business areas with a focus on Clinigen products and services.  Responsible for the JAPAC region, based in our Sydney office, you’ll working with our other offices in New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Korea, China and Japan.  We’re open to having this role based in either Australia or Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate overall corporate objectives and support strategy while ensuring compliance with applicable law and regulations.

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer.
  • Private practice training and post-qualification experience with leading law firm.
  • Experience of in-house legal department ideally in the pharma/biotech sector.
  • Min 5 years PQE with demonstrate experience of providing legal advice in a highly-regulated environment.
  • Self motivated, well organised, proactive and pragmatic.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player.
  • Logical minded with an eye for detail.
  • Capacity for periodic travel in the JAPAC region is a requirement of this role.

Job Profile

Following the successful launch of our new European distribution hub in Dublin, Ireland, we are proud to announce we are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join us. This state-of-the-art facility near Dublin International Airport is the result of a multi-million pound investment, enabling our evolution into a focused pharma services company. Spanning 46,000 sq. ft, the Dublin hub allows us to expand operations and enhance services, adapting to meet clients' changing needs. Most importantly, we'll offer rapid 24-hour delivery to most of Europe, ensuring timely access to life-saving medicines.

Main duties of the role are receiving and distributing pharmaceutical products in accordance with departmental procedures whilst maintaining stock control and ensure a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

People

  • Although no direct reports, strong interpersonal communication and relationship management are required within the Operations Centre, the wider Clinigen business (CTS, Customer Services & GAP)
  • To assist in the effective operation of the OPC by:
    • Ensuring compliance to GDP for all activities
    • Individual training and development (on the job training/coaching and specific technical courses)
  • Contributes to development and maintenance of Clinigen’s culture and the development of an OPC high performing team.

Operational

  • To assist in the receipt and checking in of stock, ensuring that all deliveries from suppliers are correct, and that damages/errors are reported within one working day, and all associated paperwork completed correctly and in a timely manner. Checking all materials are as ordered against GRN, recording all discrepancies and highlighting all errors and omissions.
  • To assist in the effective management of stock, rotation of stock, stock taking and the recording of stock to ensure availability for sale within 24 hours.
  • Monitor any stock out situation and record same to facilitate investigation to root cause/elimination.
  • To complete the necessary cleaning required ensuring that the Operations Centre is maintained within the HPRA and Health & Safety Audit requirements.
  • To assist with the delivery of orders to customers, including picking and packing, ensuring that they are correct and are presented to the customer with the necessary documents.
  • To work closely with all Clinigen departments to ensure that all delivery specifications are met.
  • Work to the agreed targets set out in the PDP designed in conjunction with the line manager.
  • Ensuring Housekeeping is of the highest standard. Control own work area and areas of responsibility
  • When lifting or working at heights follow all site safety procedures
  • Adhere to all EHS PPE policies and practices.

Technical

  • To work in accordance with all company SOPs and recall procedures
  • Undertake initial (upon appointment) and ongoing GDP training, ensuring the Operations Centre is operated under GDP guidelines.
  • To complete administrative duties as required as well as security and temperature recording.
  • Maintain pest control standards.

Role

Responsibilities

Job Profile

The Global Access team supplies unlicensed medicines for patients where the medicines in their own domestic market have left them with unmet clinical needs. As a member of the Portfolio team, this role will be responsible for handling all customer requests for quotes and follow up to for greatest chance of quote – sales conversion.

To ensure the business objectives are met this role will provide connectivity between the commercial and customer services teams to ensure the business remains dynamic and maximises on commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests for quotes received in writing or telephone with competitive pricing offers consistently meeting and maintaining the department KPIs ensuring that response times for the customer does not fall outside of SLA
  • Use company systems to ensure each quote is traceable through to KPI figures.
  • Build long-term and ongoing external customer relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills to ensure repeat business opportunity.
  • Make outbound calls to our customers for quotation follow up or to support business requirements.
  • Share portfolio and pricing insights with the Portfolio director to contributor to ever evolving product offering.
  • Refer and escalate appropriately, commercial opportunities greater than ordinary business patterns.

  • Work closely with Account Managers and tender teams to ensure contract profitability, forecasting and review
  • Support Country heads in optimising margin, as appropriate
  • Work to ensure the accuracy of all pricing information in Oracle
  • Follow, promote and enforce relevant SOPs, Job Aids, and Company policies and procedures.

Role

Job Profile

The Global Access team supplies unlicensed medicines for patients where the medicines in their own domestic market have left them with unmet clinical needs. As a member of the Portfolio team, this role will be responsible for maintenance of a medicine portfolio and pricing framework for all Clinigen Global Access territories.

To ensure the business objectives are met this role will provide connectivity between the supply and demand teams to ensure the business remains dynamic and maximises on commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and maintain the GA Portfolio & Pricing framework as determined by the Portfolio Pharmacist Manager and Business Leaders.
  • Operates as the immediate point of contact in pricing configuration
  • Maintain pre-approved pricing in the ERP system
  • Manage product portfolio entry and exit via automated portfolio lifecycle review analysis and action appropriately with master data management teams and customer services to ensure an optimal performing portfolio
  • Maintain and Monitor pricing trackers and performance metrics for pricing schemes at country and product level.
  • Notify changing product cost prices and pricing changes to customer facing teams, highlighting the cost of goods impact on customer pricing agreements due for review
  • Support the GA commercial team with the creation of price lists per market (List price, tender and preferred supplier agreements)
  • Work closely with Account Managers and tender teams to ensure contract profitability, forecasting and review
  • Support Country heads in optimising margin, as appropriate
  • Work to ensure the accuracy of all pricing information in Oracle
  • Follow, promote and enforce relevant SOPs, Job Aids, and Company policies and procedures.
  • Achievement of agreed individual and project KPIs
  • Working collaboratively and cross functionally within Clinigen to ensure all teams contribute to the excellence of service delivery

Requirements

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Data driven and analytical, with a logical approach to independent problem resolution
  • Highly computer literate; advanced knowledge of Excel, CRM, Word, PowerPoint and various relational database systems
  • Medical, scientific or business degree (preferred)
  • Experience working in Finance/accounting /pharmaceutical / healthcare / life sciences industry advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Self-motivated team player with ability to work independently without supervision
