Clinigen Group plc (the "Company", AIM: CLIN) announces that it has made an application for the admission to trading on AIM of 1,742,576 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares"), which have been issued to the Clinigen Group Employment Benefit Trust for the future satisfaction of share options at the time of their exercise and rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company.

Clinigen Group plc (the "Company", AIM: CLIN) announces that it has made an application for the admission to trading on AIM of 1,742,576 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares"), which have been issued to the Clinigen Group Employment Benefit Trust for the future satisfaction of share options at the time of their exercise and rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Admission to trading on AIM of the New Ordinary Shares is anticipated to occur on 6 October 2015.

At admission the issued share capital of the Company will consist of 111,451,172 ordinary shares, with no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 111,451,172. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
