Our History

The Clinigen Group was formed by merger in 2010, to create a specialty pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical services company focused on getting medicines to physicians and their patients.

The Group was formed around Clinigen Healthcare, which originated as a supplier of unlicensed medicines into the UK, before expanding into Europe and then globally.

The merger brought together three companies:

Keats Healthcare which was established in 2004, but rebranded as Clinigen CTS in 2012

Clinigen Pharma which was formed in 2010 and rebranded as Clinigen GAP

Clinigen Healthcare, established in 2007, and now the group’s products division

Clinigen is dedicated to serving the patient, the medical community, and the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries with quality products and reliable services.
