Foscavir® (Foscarnet sodium)
Foscavir® is licensed for the treatment of:
- Cytomegalovirus (CMV) retinitis in HIV patients
- Acyclovir-resistant mucocutaneous herpes simplex virus (HSV) infections in immunocompromised patients
In Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, USA and the UK.
In Japan, Foscavir® is also indicated for the treatment of CMV in hematopoietic stem cell transplant patients.
